Stagehands.net At Rammstein 2019

This year Stagehands.net helped supply crews for Rammstein’s Pop-Up-Stores at concerts of the German group in Prague and Vienna. Rammstein has been touring all over Europe from Germany to Italy, France, and many other countries. Firstly it has to be said, their displays and effects they use in their shows are truly amazing and it is really great to see “behind the scenes” as all of this comes together. For their Pop-Up-Store we supplied booth builder, assistant booth builders and hostesses to help assemble the Rammstein world of Merch, a heavy glass-wood-steel construction.

World Economic Forum 2019

Stagehands.net @ World Economic Forum in Davos 22. to 25th January 2019

In 1971 the Klaus Schwab founded the European Management Conference, later known as the World Economic Forum. The goal of the newly founded conference was to discuss modern Management methods. The annual conference later on was joined by more and more politicians to discuss the ways the world economic. Today the Forum is the World Leading conference on world economics with participants in the highest political ranks. This years agenda was full of themes of ecological matter, as well as the future of work itself. While facing the danger of robots doing all the work, we are proud that we could still help with the Forum itself with plenty of Humans workforce.

BrauBeviale 2018 Nuremberg

Nuremberg, Stagehands Crew supports setup at Braubeviale.

Have you ever heard of the Braubeviale? No? Well, if you are not in the beverage or event and fairs industry, that is most likely. The BrauBeviale is an annual fair in Nuremburg (Frankia) in Germany. It names itself as the “world’s most important capital goods exhibition for the beverage industry this year”.  1100 exhibitors for raw materials, brewing technologies and marketing will meet to discuss the newest trends in the beverage industry. As for every year, we support our national and international customers with local Hosts and Hostesses, as well as waiters and of course Crew for the setup and deconstruction of the booths. This years BrauBeviale will take place from 13th to 15th November 2018 in Exhibition Centre Nuremberg. Stagehands Crew in Sofia

Sofia – new crew expansion in Stagehands.net network

We are constantly expanding our possibilities to support our customers with local english speaking crew, in every country around the world. We can cover almost every part of Europe but the Eastern parts were not so much asked for support yet. In the recent time we saw a constant rise in requests for Eastern Europe. We started with support in Moscow for the Fifa World Cup, Crew in Sochi for Formula 1,  Crew in Warsaw. The latests crew request led us to Sofia, the captial of Bulgaria. Here we supported one of our renowned customers with local crew in the city in the middle of Balkan Peninsula. We are very happy and proud beeing ablet to add another area to our map. 30th Grand Prix in Suzuka Formula 1

Stagehands.net crew supporting customers in Japan

on the 7th October the japenese Grand Prix of the Formula 1 will take place in Suzuka. The grand prix is held in the city since 1987, this year also celebrating its 30ths Grand Prix overall. You may ask if we can not count correctly but for some reasons one year the grand prix was held in Fuji speedway before coming back to Suzuka. Traditinally Suzuka is one of the last Grand Prixs held every year, so many title-wins were decided here. 2018 the points between Hamilton and Vettel are a bit closer together and still 4 Grand Prix after Suzuka to master. Behind the scenes we are happy to support our customers  with local crew and whish everyone a good race.

Ryder Cup 2018 Paris

Main Support for Ryder Cup 2018 in Gyancourt.

You may never have heard of the Ryder Cup, when you are not much into Golf. The Ryder Cup was established 1927 in Massachusetts USA and takes place every 2 years. What began as a contest only between Great Britain and US is now a major event between European and US Teams. The locations change every two years, between US and Europe. This years Ryder Cup will take place at “Le Golf National” in Gyancourt near Paris France. The The Cup will start Friday morning the 28th of September and end on Sunday 30th afternoon.

We are very proud to support the Cup with a big part of our Paris Stagehands Crew.

Fair for digital marketing in Cologne

The digital marketing fair took place for the 10th time in the north rhine westphalian city. 41.000 visitors, 550 speakers and around 1000 exhibitors attended to one of the biggest diggital business fairs in the world.

As every year, our Stagehands helped with the fair. We supported our international customers with local crew  for set up and deconstruction of booths.

Stagehands.net at Gamescom

Busy August as we provide support at one of the biggest trade-gatherings of Cologne.

 

Perhaps our biggest working focus in August is a series of projects at the major trading fair Gamescom at messe Cologne. Gamescom, seen as one of the central platforms of Europe’s computer- and video game industry runs from 21-25.August bringing together the retail, trade and media partners of  the industry providing an ideal setting for presentations of new products, product care and trade.

 

This is the tenth time the Gaming Fair takes place in Cologne, securing its position as the wolds larges Computer- and video games messe. Though the Fair itself hasn’t started yet, the Stagehands.net-team are on-site assisting several of our clients in the set up and preparations of different projects for the fair. Our team will be present providing support during the show days, and will be there assisting in the take down in the aftermath of the major gathering of the Gaming industry.

Stagehands.net by Global Jumping Berlin

Closing off July with some fun and games under the sun

 

Who doesn’t love summer, horses and a good competition? As the Stagehands.net team is finishing off a hectic work period in July before things quiet slightly down in August, Global Jumping Berlin was taking place at Berlin Messe this weekend.

Happening at the Messe’s beautiful green summer garden location,  the horse jump-tournament with over 15 locations in 12 countries came to a closing in Berlin as its only German location. The tournament saw Olympic, world and European champions, world cup winners and many of the worlds best riders and horses gathering to compete for fame and prestige, competing on the highest level with a total prize amount of 1 000.000 euros.

Our crew was on site in the sommer gardens assisting with preparing the grounds for take down & take off, keeping a high tempo and high spirits under the sun.

It was hectic at times, yet the perfect project closing of an unbelievably sunny month and we look forward to next years show!

Berlin is not only the place for numerous events it is also an important spot for making movies and comercials. We recently sent our crew to one of these sets. The task was to support the film crew at their work of a new commercial for the major japanese broadcaster. Our local english speaking crew is used to work with international teams, as are our teams and partners around the world.
