Stagehands.net donates to the “Kältebus”

Part 2 of our donation goes to the Kältebus of the Berliner Stadtmission

Every year starting 1st of November to 31st of following year March the Kältebus drives through Berlin. The Van or better the vans (3), take care of homeless people that are to weak to be able to go alone to one of the homeless shelters that protect from the cold of the winter.

The social workers speak to the people in need, give them warm beverages or a sleeping bag and help them to get to one of the shelters if the homeless ask for it. The van made its first drive in 1994 after a homeless person died from cold. The Initatiors said themself they want to prevent a secound death in any case.

We think that the “Kältebus” or “Get out of the Cold Van” is a very supportable initiative and therefore  that our donation of 1000€ can hopefully do a lot to help people in need here.

Stagehands Gives 2

Stagehands.net donates to KuDePo e.V. La Casa

we decided this year to give people in need instead of sending out pencils, pralines and other stuff people really dont need. Dont get us wrong, we are thankful for the relationship with them, but our customers already know who we are.  So, this Christmas we picked out 2 projects we want to support . 2 Projects in Berlin.

The first one we support with our donation is La Casa from KuDePo. e.V. in Berlin Marzahn-Hellersdorf.  KuDePo. e.V. is a non profit organisation-youth work organisation. Main goal is to support the youth. To educate, guide them, to empower them to be able to do self-determined action and have a critical thinking.

They do this with several self determined projects. One of those projects is La Casa. La Casa is a house also in Marzahn-Hellersdorf district of Berlin. Young people can come here to participate and organize concerts, workshops or simply play or do sports.  We directly felt a connection, not only from the them “concerts” which is quite familiar to us as an event company, but also we think this is a great idea. We decided to give La Casa 1000€ to support their great work in an Berlin area, were the youth needs them very much.

Scanpack 2018 Gothenburg
Gothenburg, Stagehands crew supporting fair


Scanpack in Svenska Mässan Gotenburg is the number 1 packaging fair in Norther Europe. The Scanpack took place in Svenska Mässan Gothenburg from 23rd to 26th October. The fair informs about new packaging solutions for several business types. An intersting topic in times where a large number of buys come packed  via mail to the customers. We were and are happy to support our customers with local crew to help set up their stands.  Not Only are we helping at the Scanpack also on the other following fairs like the Logistik & Transport taking place from 5th to 7th November. BrauBeviale 2018 Nuremberg
Nuremberg, Stagehands Crew supports setup at Braubeviale.


Have you ever heard of the Braubeviale? No? Well, if you are not in the beverage or event and fairs industry, that is most likely. The BrauBeviale is an annual fair in Nuremburg (Frankia) in Germany. It names itself as the “world’s most important capital goods exhibition for the beverage industry this year”.  1100 exhibitors for raw materials, brewing technologies and marketing will meet to discuss the newest trends in the beverage industry. As for every year, we support our national and international customers with local Hosts and Hostesses, as well as waiters and of course Crew for the setup and deconstruction of the booths. This years BrauBeviale will take place from 13th to 15th November 2018 in Exhibition Centre Nuremberg. Stagehands Crew in Sofia
Sofia – new crew expansion in Stagehands.net network


We are constantly expanding our possibilities to support our customers with local english speaking crew, in every country around the world. We can cover almost every part of Europe but the Eastern parts were not so much asked for support yet. In the recent time we saw a constant rise in requests for Eastern Europe. We started with support in Moscow for the Fifa World Cup, Crew in Sochi for Formula 1,  Crew in Warsaw. The latests crew request led us to Sofia, the captial of Bulgaria. Here we supported one of our renowned customers with local crew in the city in the middle of Balkan Peninsula. We are very happy and proud beeing ablet to add another area to our map. Euro Finance 2018 Geneva

The Euro Finance calls itself the “world’s leading international treasury event”, it is in fact  a major networking event for CFO´s, Banks and  company treasurers. This years Euro Finance took place from 26. to 28th September 2018 in Genevas Palexpo.

30th Grand Prix in Suzuka  Formula 1
Stagehands.net crew supporting customers in Japan


on the 7th October the japenese Grand Prix of the Formula 1 will take place in Suzuka. The grand prix is held in the city since 1987, this year also celebrating its 30ths Grand Prix overall. You may ask if we can not count correctly but for some reasons one year the grand prix was held in Fuji speedway before coming back to Suzuka. Traditinally Suzuka is one of the last Grand Prixs held every year, so many title-wins were decided here. 2018 the points between Hamilton and Vettel are a bit closer together and still 4 Grand Prix after Suzuka to master. Behind the scenes we are happy to support our customers  with local crew and whish everyone a good race.

Ryder Cup 2018 Paris
Main Support for Ryder Cup 2018 in Gyancourt.


You may never have heard of the Ryder Cup, when you are not much into Golf. The Ryder Cup was established 1927 in Massachusetts USA and takes place every 2 years. What began as a contest only between Great Britain and US is now a major event between European and US Teams. The locations change every two years, between US and Europe. This years Ryder Cup will take place at “Le Golf National” in Gyancourt near Paris France. The The Cup will start Friday morning the 28th of September and end on Sunday 30th afternoon.


We are very proud to support the Cup with a big part of our Paris Stagehands Crew.

DMEXCO Cologne
Fair for digital marketing in Cologne


The digital marketing fair took place for the 10th time in the north rhine westphalian city. 41.000 visitors, 550 speakers and around 1000 exhibitors attended to one of the biggest diggital business fairs in the world.


As every year, our Stagehands helped with the fair. We supported our international customers with local crew  for set up and deconstruction of booths.
